I have a small commercial project, but the City says I need full engineered plans. What do I need to have prepared?
Each City has specific rules and regulations that must meet compliance. The first step is to determine your projects jurisdiction. Is there a current survey? (one year old or less) Do you have architectural plans for your project? Do you have a site plan? What is the use of the new facility? Have you had a pre-application meeting with the City? We need all of the above plus more to give you a Scope of Work and a proposal.
Can you give me a ballpark estimate of your costs?
Not without knowing the answers above. If we give you a ballpark estimate, it may vary considerably when all the information is known. We feel it is a disservice to you to provide a guess. Let's do it right from the start and there will not be any surprises, such as higher than guessed fees.
